Business Development Center helps aspiring or existing entrepreneurs to start or expand their businesses through short- and long-term training, business counseling, technical assistance, and assistance with accessing financing. Since its inception as a formal program in 1999, the BDC has served over 4,300 clients and has assisted them to start, expand, or continue over 450 small businesses.
