    Congratulations to Delta Southern Bank in Ruleville and Drew! The community development financial institution was recently awarded an "outstanding" rating on its Community Reinvestment Act Audit by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Very few banks receive the "outstanding" raiting.
