With summer temperatures reaching triple digits, many Arkansans have trouble paying their electric bills. Entergy Arkansas' The Power to Care program, administered by Southern Good Faith Fund, provides financial assistance to eligible Entergy customers who are elderly or disabled and meet income guidelines. Rosalie Tripp, SGFF's Program Coordinator for The Power to Care, was interviewed as part of this news story that explained how the program helps many Arkansans who otherwise might have to choose between paying their electric bill and buying food or medicine.
